1. Can you design a new model solar charger for our needs with new appearance ,add some additional functions etc?

Answer:yes, we can manufacture to your specifications.

2. Can we change the capacity of the battery?What capacity can we get?

Answer : yes you can change to higher capacity but the cost will also be adjusted accordingly.

3. we want to order your product with our logo or trademark on the face of the product as well as on the packaging can this be done?

Answer : yes it can for minimum quantity orders over 1000 units

4. What guarantee do QSet products have?

Answer: All our products carry a one year guarantee .

5. how can I become a distributor in my country?

Answer: This would be dependant on such factors as:- Network, Type of current business undertaken, marketing strategy and other factors relevant to distributorship for more details contact QSet Team

6. Can your company manufacture your product as an OEM or ODM supplier?

Answer: Yes we can, we specialize in this type of work and have a high reputation for quality

7. Does your product have the necessary certification that allows it to be sold in my country?

Answer: The short answer is YES it probably does, the final answer depends on which country the product is sold in and what certification applies in that country.

8. Is the solar charger compatible with my device?

Our Solar charger is compatible with a wide variety of handheld electronic devices, using our special connector tip system. Out of the box, Solar charger works with MP3 players and many cell phones. Please advise our sales for a full compatibility list.

9. The tip for my device is not listed, are new tips on the way?

Even before a new handheld is released to the market , we are hard at work producing a new connector tip. And with iGo compatibility available on newer Solar chargers, our list of compatible devices grows longer and longer.

10. Is Solar charger compatible with my IPhone and IPod?

Yes! The solar charger is an essential iPhone accessory, its compatible with iPod, MP3s and many other digital devices ,please advise our sales for the suitable connectors.

11. Can I charge a laptop computer with Solar charger?

Unfortunately not. Laptops consume a great deal of power, however we are developing some new product that will be suitable.

12. Why can’t I get my Solar charger to charge from the sun?

There may be a number of reasons for this:

It takes 10-14 hours to fully charge a Solar charger from the sun. With peak charging times between 10am and 3pm, it takes a minimum of 2 days to fully charge a Solar charger.

Placing a Solar charger behind a glass window will also reduce the amount of energy absorbed by the solar panels.

Any shadow on part of one or more of the panels will reduce the performance of Solar charger.

For the solar panels to perform at their peak they need to be in direct sunlight and perpendicular to the sun, this requires adjustments to your Solar charger as the sun moves through sky.

Clouds, pollution and higher latitudes will have a reduced impact on Solar charger’s performance

13. Why does Solar charger shut down after one minute when I’m trying to charge my cell phone with the Mini USB tip?

As a safety precaution Solar charger terminates a charge once the electrical current drops below a certain threshold (usually an indication of a full charge) in order to conserve the solar charger’s stored energy in its internal battery.

14. Can I charge Solar charger on a cloudy day?

Yes, Solar charger will charge on a cloudy day, although less efficiently than when placed in direct sunlight.

15. Can Solar charger be left outdoors?

Solar charger is weather resistant, but is not entirely waterproof. Solar charger should not be left out in wet, rainy or snowy conditions without a protective covering.

16. My Solar charger no longer holds a charge?

Just like a cell phone battery, Solar charger’s internal lithium battery may eventually need to be replaced.

17. How long does the Solar charger battery last?

The expected life span of your Solar charger’s lithium ion battery is approximately 500 recycling times , depending on conditions and care. Keep your battery as fully charged as possible to extend its life.
